There is a 2 night minimum; the standard rate is $400. per night. Rates are higher for Graduation, Reunion, Homecoming and Family Weekend.

4 guest maximum. We do not take reservations for more than one year out.
Cancellations within 10 days or less of arrival date for a 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations within 5 days or less of arrival date.
There is a 10% charge to process cancellations.
