The Hoffmann Guest House is available for short term rentals. This minimalist, modern home is nearly 1500 square feet with an open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen areas. Floor to ceiling windows along the rear of the house provide beautiful views of the private backyard as well as abundant natural lighting. The house sleeps four with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom with king bed has a private bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with 2 twin beds has access to another full bath across the hall. All rooms open to the rear patio with outdoor seating. The guest house has bamboo flooring, in floor radiant heat and central air conditioning. There is wi-fi and a television for streaming in the living area. Situated on almost 2 acres just outside the village of Gambier, Ohio and only a half mile from the Bookstore, makes it the perfect place to stay when visiting Kenyon College.
